For Device Protection+ Ultimate customers with eligible devices in select locations. Availability of delivery is subject to claim approval time, replacement device and technician availability. For Apple device customers, as soon as same day replacement available at Apple stores worldwide depending on replacement device availability.
As soon as same-day repair may be available for eligible devices in select areas and depends upon claim approval time, parts availability, and technician availability. Repair may use new or refurbished parts, and may contain original or non-original manufacturer parts, and may void the manufacturer warranty. Multiple repairs are not available for a single claim. If your device requires multiple repairs, such as screen repair and back glass repair, we will replace your device and the replacement service fee will apply.
For Device Protection+ Ultimate customers, battery replacement may be available. If an eligible device powers on and the battery fails to maintain an adequate charge after diagnostic testing, we will repair the eligible wireless device by replacing the battery after the manufacturer’s warranty expires. Available for select devices in select areas. For Apple device customers, batteries that retain less than 80% of their original capacity are eligible for replacement.
There may be limitations on the size of each video that is to be backed up and secured.
Device Protection+ with AppleCare Services is a separate plan from AppleCare+. If your device is already enrolled in AppleCare+, it is ineligible for enrollment in Device Protection+ with AppleCare Services. Device Protection+ with AppleCare Services is available for the first 24 months of your contract. After this period, your device moves to the $14.99 Device Protection+ Ultimate plan, without AppleCare Services.
