Yes, most UScellular retail locations remain open and ready to support customers. You can continue visiting your local UScellular store for account, billing, and service support.

For account and billing support, existing UScellular customers should continue visiting a local UScellular store or contacting UScellular Customer Service.
T-Mobile stores are not able to support UScellular billing or account inquiries at this time.

Lifeline
UScellular is no longer participating in the Lifeline program (Government Lifeline Assistance Program). As a result, your Lifeline discount will end on March 31, 2026.
After that date, your monthly bill will no longer include the Lifeline discount and will reflect the standard rate for your current plan.
