If you have not activated it, simply dial 888-558-2215 from another phone or visit your local UScellular^® store before November 16, 2022. Associates are standing by to ensure a smooth transition to your new device.

If you do not activate this device before November 16, 2022, you will lose ALL service and be unable to make or receive calls (including 911), texts and will have no access to data.
